Refund policy

 

If you order products on this site and encounter any of the following circumstances upon receipt of the goods, you may return the product within 7 days from the signed date.

Here is our refund policy:

  1. The product is found to be damaged when received.
  2. The product received is different from the one ordered.
  3. The product is found to have expired when received.

In such situations, we will refund the corresponding payment and shipping fees.

If you order products on this site and experience discomfort after use, you may apply for a refund at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Provide diagnostic reports issued by dermatology departments from at least two hospitals.
  2. The date of issue of the diagnostic reports is within three months of the customer's receipt of the goods.
  3. The diagnostic reports clearly state that the discomfort is caused by the cosmetic product.

In such cases, we will refund the corresponding payment and shipping fees.

  • We only accept returns for products sold on this website. For products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original seller to negotiate returns.
  • If the item is a gift or promotional item, or if it has been unsealed, used, or not kept in good condition for non-logistical reasons, it cannot be replaced.
  • Each item can only be returned once.
  • Refunds will not be accepted without a valid reason.

If you order a product on this website and it is returned due to reasons such as an unknown delivery address, multiple failed delivery attempts, recipient's refusal to pay tax/provide ID, or rejection by the recipient, we will refund 30% of the original shipping, handling, and total product charges (if the returned order is sent to an Australian address,

we will deduct the original refund from the original freight). The remainder will be refunded in accordance with the refund process. We can ship the returned package again, but you will need to pay the shipping cost for the second shipment. Please refer to our "Shipping Policy".

The refund process will take approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt, and we will inform you of the details of the arrangement.

We will not be responsible for any damage to the goods after delivery.

  • If you discover a shortage in your order upon receipt, you must contact customer service immediately on the day of receipt.
  • In the event of any dispute, Anderleigh Natural Care reserves the right to make the final decision.
